Do You Believe?

Teddy Roosevelt was called “Teedy” as a child. He was sickly, scrawny, nearsighted, and pampered by a mostly female household. That was not the life for him and he wanted to change it. He believed he could.

He boxed on the Harvard team, cattle ranched out west, explored the Amazon and Africa, and of course charged up San Juan Hill. He drove his cabinet crazy going on cross country hikes and hiding from the secret service so he and his boys could go camping alone. He championed the robust life.

He knew something about believing in himself.

Look to your gifts. God gave them to you for reason. Believe in His gifts if for no other reason than He believes in you.
